Our facility specializes in making Traditional Mennonite Smoked Pork Sausage the traditional Mennonite way. What makes our sausage unique from other "Mennonite Sausages"; is in the selection, handling & processing of the pork. Along with NO added fillers or unnatural binding agents, we smoke our sausage to perfection to ensure that our sausage remains consistently moist, tender & flavorful. All our sausage is GLUTEN & MSG FREE. We offer custom and mobile butchering.
