Medicine Hat Meat Traders is a full service butcher shop.Located on farm, outside of sunny Medicine Hat. We process natural beef and pork. The ranch has been selling beef into the local area for over 80 years. We sell primal cuts, fresh and smoked, and cured value added products into Southern Alberta market areas. Since 2006 we continue to grow our market area, our product selection and our production amounts.
Specializing in unique, award winning Jerky products. We offer a variety of flavors, styles, and textures of all Natural Beef Jerky. We also produce a range of fermented, Italian styel dried Salami.
