Peter has gained expert, real-life lessons from the buyer and suppler side of the Food & Beverage value chain. He spent 19 years with Loblaw, where he was responsible for produce, deli, home meal replacement, seafood, floral and lawn & garden in Atlantic Canada. After leaving, Peter has had the privilege of working directly with producers and processors across the country to help them find their fit, and grow their sales to all parts of the food & beverage value chain. With an eye always on the end consumer, Peter has developed unique tools, templates and approaches to support producers and processors to move from tastes great – to sells!
