High Acid Hot Fill workshop

Attend this workshop online or in person to improve your knowledge about high acid hot fill processing and packaging. Find out why the method is effective, what is required to scale-up production and maintain food safety. Learn where to access business development resources to support retail sales. In-person participants may register for a 20-minute, one-on-one session with a food scientist in the afternoon.
