If you have a food donation that is more than your local food bank can use, it can easily be shared amongst the other Alberta food banks. These generous donations ensure that high quality, nutritious food goes to people in need in our communities and shifts these products away from becoming wasted. To donate surplus food visit the Food Bank FRESH Alberta website and click the “DONATE FORM”. You can also give Jaimee, the project lead a call anytime as well.
The community minded nature of AFPA, and their members, is second to none! The project partners, Calgary Food Bank, Edmonton’s Food Bank, Food Banks Alberta, and Food Banks Canada, want to share their warmest THANK YOU for your support and consideration when there is fresh, local food available to share!!
