The unique rich taste and extraordinary health benefits of the honeyberries convinced him the haskap was beyond doubt a hit with health nuts alike. He founded Prairie Hill Fruits Ltd. with his wife Marilyn and his children in 2013. Through the years of sustainable farming, Rex expanded his business and established Prairie Hill Farms Ltd. (PHF) in 2020. PHF has a commercial kitchen, a grocery store, and a growing food processing facility in Picture Butte, Alberta, Canada.
