HACCP Series: New and improved!
GFTC has revised the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Series of training courses. Living up to their mandate of offering the most up-to-date food safety and quality training. Programming reflects recent changes in regulatory policy as well as improved application and practices for the food industry. The entire series has been updated, incorporating hands-on group activities, increased opportunities for discussion, and interaction with leading industry experts.
