Course Details:
A well established internal auditing program is a fundamental requirement for the
SQF 2000 standard. Effective and timely internal audits are key, not only to attain
the SQF 2000 certification but also to retain it. Internal audits are also crucial to ensuring the effectiveness of your food safety management system. This training program will help you understand the SQF 2000 system requirements with special attention to the internal auditing clause. The training will be delivered in a variety of formats including trainer lead presentations and demonstrations, and group discussions. At the end of the program, you will be able to:
- Identify the requirements of a SQF Internal Audit
- Plan and prepare for your internal audit
- Select and train your internal audit teams
- Describe audit tools and techniques
- Understand nonconformity and audit report writing
- Provide results of the audit to improve your SQF System
