Course Details:
Internal auditing is a key component of the food safety and quality management systems. It is also a mandated requirement of the BRC global food standard and a key tool in the effective maintenance, management and success of any HACCP system. Join us for this one day training program to equip yourself with the knowledge and skills required to carry out effective internal audits in compliance with the BRC global standard. At the end of this one day program you will be able to:

  1. Define audits, their purpose scope and types
  2. Identify requirements of internal auditing as per the BRC standard
  3. Plan and prepare for an internal audit
  4. Understand and create audit checklists and identify tools for successful internal audits at your facility
  5. Discuss the complete audit process and closing of an internal audit in compliance with the BRC standard
