This workshop is developed and typically delivered by AFPA's Nutritional Labelling staff, unless otherwise arranged. The Safety & Quality Coordinator specializes in Nutritional Labelling and offers knowledge and support in the area of Food Safety & Quality Systems Services in AFPA. The Coordinator is well-versed and knowledgeable about the new labelling regulations and has a good-standing relationship with Health Canada, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, as well as accredited laboratories; which is important when looking to obtain current, up-to-date information regarding the new labelling regulations.
